Project: Control Panel
We developed a customised explosion-proof control panel. Given the space constraints and the need to manage heat dissipation, our engineers designed the panel in two sections: one dedicated to circuits and the other to controls. This split design effectively addressed the space limitations and prevented the risks associated with excessive heat buildup. By using explosion-proof components and meticulously avoiding heat traps, we ensured the system’s safety and efficiency, fully aligning with the customer’s demands.
Project: Distribution Panel
This panel was specifically designed for power distribution at ExxonMobil’s Jurong Island facility, where both reliability and safety are essential. It features two main breakers, which are engineered to operate alternately—only one breaker is active at any time. This setup provides a reliable failover mechanism, ensuring that power distribution remains uninterrupted and allowing for maintenance or inspection of one breaker without affecting the overall power supply. By incorporating this dual-breaker system, the panel guarantees continuous and secure power delivery, meeting the high demands of ExxonMobil’s operations. The design reflects a comprehensive understanding of industrial power distribution needs, where both precision and consistent performance are critical.
Project: Heater Control Pane
This panel was specifically designed to control the heater system, ensuring precise and reliable operation. To guarantee full compatibility and optimal performance, we proactively engaged with the heater manufacturer to confirm all specifications and requirements. By collaborating closely with them, we were able to tailor the process controller to seamlessly integrate with their products, ensuring that every component was aligned with the manufacturer’s standards.
